Product information

We aim to describe products clearly, including relevant product type, colour, size, length, material, care information or variant details where available. Product colours and packaging can vary slightly because of lighting, screen settings, supplier packaging updates or production batches.

Availability

Product availability can change. Adding an item to the cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed after checkout accepts payment and an order confirmation is issued.

Returns and refunds

Return eligibility, hygiene-sensitive products, return instructions, the correct return address, no restocking fee, inspection and refund handling are explained in the Return & Refund Policy. UK consumers also have a statutory right to cancel most orders within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013; full details and the model cancellation form are set out in the Return & Refund Policy. The Business address shown on this website is a business contact address and is not automatically the return address. We will confirm the correct return address for your specific order in the return instructions. No restocking fee is charged. We do not charge a restocking fee for returns handled under this policy. If a refund is approved after the returned item has been received and inspected, we process the refund within 5 business days to the original payment method used at checkout. Your bank, card issuer, PayPal, Klarna, wallet or payment provider may need additional time to make the refund visible on your account.

Promotions and checkout adjustments

Any promotion, code or checkout adjustment is valid only if it is accepted by checkout for the order being placed. We do not guarantee that a promotion shown elsewhere will apply to every product, customer or order.
